My name is Sam Strutt, and I am the founder of SJS Land Capital Ltd. I specialise in sourcing, acquiring, and unlocking land for residential development across the South of England.

I work with land of all shapes and sizes — from small parcels to large multi-acre sites — helping landowners, agents, and investors realise the true potential of their land through clear strategy and hands-on support.

A core part of my work is guiding sites from sale agreed through to full development. I work closely with Land Profits, led by Ella Hardy, combining our expertise to form a highly effective development team. Together, we manage every stage of the process — from navigating planning permission and engaging with architects and local authorities, to supporting the site through to successful development.
